Direct Sales Manager

Neostratus provides enterprise-level business solutions, including messaging, collaboration and communication services from the cloud, made available to companies of all sizes across multiple industry sectors. Neostratus has sales partners and end customers in 20+ countries in Europe and the MEA region. With a partner- and geographic-focused business model selling Cloud Services primarily through select private-label partners, Neostratus has over 30 strategic, Tier 1 partners in the region and works with at least one telecoms operator in each market. 

The Role

The Direct Sales Manager will assist in managing Neostratus Partner sales to the SMB within our European markets, with a primary focus on generating recurring revenue through sales.
You will be responsible for:
• Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas
• Converting warm leads to closed contracts

• Generating non-cloud service leads for our partner 

The Individual

The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber and possess at least 2-3 years sales experience gained in the technology sector (Cloud, Managed Applications or Solution Selling), however applicants with an excellent track record in other sales fields are welcome. You will be highly motivated, driven by success and possess first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise and influence both internally and externally. You will be technically adept, have strong administrational skills and possess the ability to multi task across numerous accounts.
