CE On-Demand’s Supervisory Board has elected Botond Mihályi as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Mr Mihályi has over 15 years’ of experience in finance and private equity, with an exceptional track-record in finance governance and management, M&A transactions and fund-raising. He will join CE On-Demand’s management team from 1st November, replacing Brent Muckridge.

CE On-Demand, the leading regional cloud enabler is pleased to announce the nomination of Tamás Soós as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), based on the company’s Supervisory Board Meeting last week. Mr. Soós has 15 years’ of experience in small and medium sized businesses delivering IT services for large corporate customers. As the new CEO he replaces William Szentágotay, who remains Senior Executive Member of the Board at CE On-Demand.
Kaan Terzioglu has joined CE On-Demand’s Supervisory Board as an independent member.
Mr. Terzioglu has over 20 years’ of experience in the field of finance and strategic planning. He started his career in Arthur Andersen and Co. as a financial advisor and later lead its Digital Strategy Practice for the Benelux Region. Kaan had joined Cisco in 1999, where he has lead eBusiness Consulting operations, Advanced Technology Sales, Architectural Sales, Central and Eastern Europe Operation, and Central Asia Operation before taking-on the global leadership role for Competitive Strategy and New Business Models as VP of Strategy and Operations.
William Szentágotay was elected Chief Executive Officer of the regional cloud services provider.

Mr Szentágotay has decades of experience in the Central Eastern European telecommunication sector, a major business target group of CE On-Demand. Mr Szentágotay’s nomination is part of CE On-Demand’s strategic fine-tuning process and marks the actual beginning of the company’s next growth phase: “CE On-Demand 2.0”.
