Neostratus’ Microsoft Lync 2013 Server-based Unified Communication solution aims to make enterprise communication more efficient, while being affordable and secure for organisations of all sizes. Lync-based Unified Communication takes a broader view of how communications, data and human interaction can blend and promote better collaboration and communication among presenters and participants.
Neostratus was the first in Europe to launch Lync 2013 in Europe with an integrated voice solution for a telecommunications service provider. Click here to read related press release about the solution delivered to Netia Poland!
Neostratus’ hosted Unified Communiactions solutions are available in many different packages, the two most popular being:
- Lync Standard provides a consistent, single client experience for presence, instant messaging, voice and video conferencing. Lync Standard is advised for organisations that want to enjoy the benefits of cloud-based unified communications, but do not necessarily need such features like multi-party audio, video and web conferencing meetings, rich media presentations or sharing apps and desktop. However, Lync Standard users can still enjoy the use of instant messaging, presence, one-to-one audio, and video conferencing. It also supports authenticated attendee access to internal Lync Meetings. A Lync Conference organiser is available as an Add-on for Neostratus Lync Standard.
- Lync Advanced also enables Lync Meetings that generate an experience that elevates traditional web conferencing and document sharing, to a rich Lync Meeting experience where people and content coexist in logical and natural ways. Lync provides a consistent, single client experience for presence, instant messaging, voice, video and meetings. Lync 2013 Advanced supports multiparty HD video conferencing as well, modern “touch first” capabilities for fast and natural communications, and work anywhere scenarios that do not require a VPN for encryption. Lync Advanced supports the full feature list of Lync 2013 like multi-party audio, video and web conferencing meetings, rich media presentations or sharing apps and desktop.
